To all of our friends, family, and loyal customers: On June 5th Heath suffered a severe break to both bones in his right ankle. He is temporarily laid up, and after 2 days is already asking how long until he can get back in the saddle! We would like to inform all of our customers that there is no need to be concerned; the work is still getting done. We have hired additional barn help and have had an out pouring of support. Heather is temporarily full time trainer and has put several of our personal horses out to pasture for summer. Our customers have always and will always continue to come first.

We at HM Performance Horses understand how stressful it can be when you are trying to find that perfect horse. We strive to turn that stress into smiles. HM Performance Horses specializes in good broke, family safe, hand selected horses for trail riding, showing, rodeoing, ranching, and of course the back yard babysitters for the kids to play with. We handle quarter horses, paints, appaloosas, thoroughbreds, several ponies, and even a few gaited horses!
We understand that every horse, and horse owner has different needs and expectations, that is why we have designed our training program to accomodate a wide variety of horses and riding disciplines. We are firm believers that not only do our horses need to learn how to ride in the arena, but outside of it as well. Therefore, whether it is trail riding over the mountain or working cattle out in the field we spend a lot of hours in the saddle outdoors .
